ZipRecruiter prices

ZipRecruiter's pricing is based on the number of active job postings, resume views, and user slots you need, including your business location and desired job distribution level. It doesn't publish its fees online, so you'll need to contact the provider to discuss your requirements and request a quote. The customer service agent we spoke with shared that ZipRecruiter has usage plans and monthly plans, each with sub-tiers and package options.

Usage plans

With Usage, you can send as many active job ads as you need. The following is a listing by job, per day rates where you will be billed either on a monthly basis when your account reaches $500 or upon cancellation, whichever comes first. There are two options:

  • Standard:For $16 per job per day you get one reusable job and unlimited candidate submissions. In addition to allowing you to distribute job postings through ZipRecruiter's partner classified ads, you have access to its smart dashboard where you can create job postings, rate candidates, and review the online applications you've received.
  • Bonus:At a daily rate of $24 per job postings you get all of Standard's features plus premium job posting distribution and access to ZipRecruiter's resume bank with 25 resume views per month.

Please note that continued access and previews are not available as paid add-ons to the Usage Standard plan. You also cannot purchase additional resume views even if you subscribe to ZipRecruiter's Usage Premium option. If your resume viewing needs exceed 25 views per month, you will need to upgrade to their monthly plans.

Monthly packages

Compared to usage plans, ZipRecruiter's monthly packages are a bit more complicated as they have sub-tier and sub-tier options.

Podrazin

They are based on the number of active jobs and include:

  • Let:Eat slot
  • Starter:Three slots
  • Tim:Four to 10 seats
  • Community:11 to 20 seats
  • Enterprise (top tier):Monthly slot limits start at 50

Podrazin

Its sublevels have three options based on the job assignment level required.

  • Standard:This is for easier-to-fill and entry-level jobs with a low degree of urgency in non-competitive markets, where job postings naturally drop faster in search results. Similar to the standard usage plan, this includes one-click posting to over 100 of ZipRecruiter's partner ad slots.
  • Bonus:This is good for jobs with semi-urgent hiring levels in semi-competitive markets. Provides better reach and higher priority than standard plans. In addition to one-click job postings, you get access to ZipRecruiter's AI candidate sourcing tools and a resume bank with up to 25 views per month.
  • Advantage:Best for rapid recruitment, this gives you a dominant position on classified ads for urgent roles that are hard to fill in competitive markets. In addition to Premium features, you get three "TrafficBoost" credits and seamless integrations with ZipRecruiter's partner application tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Bullhorn, ZohoRecruit and ApplicantPro.

For monthly packages, select the sub-level and sub-level based on your recruitment company's requirements. Let's say you need one active job per month with a standard job assignment level, then choose the Simple Standard plan on a monthly subscription. If you need a premium or professional level of distribution for a single reusable workspace, then your monthly package will be Simple Premium or Simple Pro.

To give you an idea of how much the Simple tier costs, here's an overview of ZipRecruiter's pricing and some of the plan's essential features.

Unlike the Usage Premium option, you can purchase additional resume views ($1 per resume view) for a monthly premium, including the Pro plan. You can also add additional user seats for $15 per seat. seat per month.

Although ZipRecruiter has flexible subscriptions, its plans can be a bit confusing, mainly because of the many options. We recommend calling ZipRecruiter's sales team instead of asking for pricing via live chat. In this way, you get more clarity about subscription limits and functions.

Schedule upgrades/downgrades and automatic renewals

With ZipRecruiter, you can easily change your subscription at any time. If you need additional positions, you can upgrade to your chosen level (eg entry, team, company) directly through your ZipRecruiter online account. However, if you wish to downgrade your plan, the system will automatically close and remove open jobs from the allowed job slots in order from oldest to newest.

For example, if you switch from the team plan (with 10 jobs) to the starter option (with three jobs), the seven oldest jobs will automatically close on your plan's monthly renewal date. To avoid closing the wrong jobs, we suggest you manually close any excess jobs before downgrading your plan.

All ZipRecruiter pricing options are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing period. However, you can turn this off via ZipRecruiter's "My Account" settings, specifically through the "Subscription" button and selecting "Cancel Auto-Renew".

What is ZipRecruiter: Features, Pricing and How It Works (5)

When auto-renew is turned off, your account will become inactive on your next billing date and all your excess job postings will be removed.
