Your service was very helpful during this time with my father's heart attack and ICU stay. He is currently in another wing of the hospital waiting for a few medical issues to be resolved before being transferred to an inpatient rehab, not a nursing home or LTAC! I want to thank you so much for your service and the support our family has received. It was so valuable to be able to advocate for my father to get the best possible care for his recovery.

Hi Patrik, I hope you found this email useful. I'm not sure where we left off and if you remember my father's specific case. I was in contact with you at the beginning of last year when my father was hospitalized for pneumonia and then later put on a mechanical ventilator for 2 months. The doctors told us his chances were not good. I will tell you that my father survived, he eventually woke up and was taken off the ventilator, but was subsequently given malaria infected blood during a necessary blood transfusion and readmitted to the ICU. This started another process of fighting for survival, eventually he was sent to another hospital that specializes in infectious diseases and they were able to treat his malaria with strong antiviral drugs. All in all, he needed a lot of therapy, dialysis, hospital visits to various rehabilitation specialists, and although he is frail, he is alive and well today. I'm not sure if I've ever had a chance to update you on his condition and I apologize if I haven't, it's been a really trying ordeal and I've been lost in the middle of things. My family and I would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the support you provided during one of the most critical times in our lives. The guidance you were able to give and also to speak with the doctors was incredibly supportive and immeasurable. We can't thank you enough for everything. We are all grateful for what you do and are lucky we were able to find you. I wish you the best of health and happiness always, you deserve it all.

Thank you for the incredibly valuable information, help and advice. My partner has just come out of intensive care and into a bed on the ward. He had an accident at home a few weeks ago that left him with a broken pelvis in 4 places, 4 broken ribs and several broken vertebrae. He then developed a DVT and subsequently several small but life-threatening pulmonary embolisms. Your videos helped me understand how the ICU works and what decisions they may ask us to make. Fortunately, we didn't have to make any of those decisions. Although knowing that there is advocacy for ICU patients makes the process much less stressful and less lonely. Thank you!

Side Team!I hope you are all well. Dad is the best he can be right now. Last weekend it was a month since he wasn't home! We changed his diet and medication back to whole foods and natural supplements. Fortunately, so far we have had no problems with the gusset pipe. He even started eating and drinking very small amounts of fruit and water when he felt ready. He is currently receiving physical, chiropractic and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. His mental state improved slightly. We understand from everyone who works with him that this will be a slow recovery. But there is hope. My family and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for all the knowledge, guidance and time you all gave us during the fight and for his life. We are eternally grateful to you. As always, many thanks! We will talk to you soon.

Hi Patrick and team,Thank you so much for all you have done to help my brother and my family! I am happy to report that Steve went home today. He eats alone and walks with the help of a walker. His recovery was almost miraculous. Your organization was a big part of that. We cannot thank you enough. His wife took leave from work to be with him full time. Since he is no longer in critical care, we would like to cancel our membership. We hope we don't find ourselves in a similar situation in the future, but God forbid if it does…..we know you are there. God bless each and every one of you for the amazing work you do!

Dear Patrick,

It's been a long time coming but I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to you. The information and advice you gave me literally helped me save my husband's life when he almost died from covid while in a medically induced coma in the ICU. I owe you more gratitude than I can put into words, but I thought the least I could do was just take a minute to tell you how much you really do make a difference in people's lives, you truly are an angel . Thank you.

I just want to thank Patrik and his amazing team for all the support and help offered to my family and me. I really have no idea what we would do without you all. Finding this emergency hotline has been a great blessing to us. Since my grandmother was hospitalized 6 weeks ago, I have learned so much. You gave me the strength to keep fighting and stand my ground to be the best advocate for my grandmother. This is such a safe place for so many families and I'm so glad to know there are really good people trying to help. We are very grateful for everything.

I can't thank you enough for giving me the power to take charge of his care, peace of mind and control over his care. I take out a monthly subscription/membership and possibly hourly consultations. You have given me the motivation to continue the fight against the hospital and their push for external facilities. It is so sad that money is more powerful than a person's healing. You helped guide me through the process by watching your videos and having the courage to endure the pressures of the hospital. I told them today, I'm the last person you want to mess with. Pardon the language, but it's the truth! They will wear you down to give what they want, not what my father needs. I cannot thank you enough for your support and help. I'll talk to you soon! Thanks again for helping families in crisis who don't know what we don't know!!

Thank you for everything. Without you I would lose my mind. It was very difficult and even though my father did not recover as much as we had hoped, you helped us to accept it and you still gave us hope that there is still a small chance that he will recover a little more . Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are a lifesaver. Keep up the great work!

You may not remember, but in 2017 we spoke briefly while my son was in the ICU. Your advice turned out to be gold dust. I could buy time for my son and here he is this month ready to celebrate his 5th yearthbirthday! I can not thank you enough. I think what you are doing is amazing. You are a true legend, a hero and an inspiration to humanity, Patrick!

"Patrik, I just want to thank you. In early 2021 my partner was in the Neuro ICU unit. You have no idea how much emotional support and knowledge I got from watching your videos. You saved two lives here in the US. My warmest thanks!"

"Patrik provided amazing care for my mother and grandmother. He helped my family in 2018 and 2021. He is compassionate and shares his expertise so family/loved ones can be better informed about their loved one's condition and make informed decisions. I felt more strengthened when I discussed health issues with my mother and grandmother's providers after speaking with Patrick to better help my loved ones."

"I just wanted to thank you for all the advice and support you have given me regarding my mother. You were 100% right about everything - LTACH is a total waste of time and you will always get better care at home. The service you provide is priceless. I will always be grateful."

"You helped me understand that the IC doctors and nurses have their own agenda. You also helped me learn the process of what they would do for my critically ill loved one. There were many other things, but I had to remember and as of now I am still dealing with my critically ill loved one who is in intensive care. She will have a tracheostomy soon and will most likely leave the intensive care unit soon. Thank you again sir."

"I never comment on YouTube videos even though I watch them all day long. I will tell you that if you have any doubts at all about hiring Patrick, do yourself, your family and your ICU a huge favor and pull the trigger and hire this man he has been amazingly helpful for my dad 100% safe and honestly we would literally be screwed if it wasn't for his help i bought a 5 day pack and we slowly used it up time. Mostly in the first 2 to 3 weeks, but even up to eight months. Patrik he offers an amazing unique service that you are very lucky to have access to if you found him. I have nothing to do with Patrik otherwise than discovering him online and hiring him was one of the wisest decisions I ever made. Patrick is brilliant, clear, educated and experienced. He knows the questions you need to ask that you might not even think about, even they are so important. The old saying goes "you don't know what you don't know" and that couldn't be more true than when you are hanging on for the lives of your family members. Rent Patrik now, don't hesitate. If you think it could be useful to you, then you absolutely need it. Our family is not rich, but for the amount he charges you, you will be guaranteed a return of that value or maybe even 2000%. And that doesn't even include saving the life of the person you care about. Rent. Rent. Rent."

Hi Patrick, you are a true saint!! 100%. I can't think of any words or words that even come close to describing how great you really are and I could honestly go on writing this right now explaining everything in detail. Hands down, you're definitely one in a million, that's for sure, and I owe you. Thank you so much Patrik for your sincere support and leadership so far. I understand that the journey has just begun.

Hi Patrick, I wanted to let you know as your advice was very helpful while my dad was in hospital. His story reads like today's email, sedated and slowly waking up. They tried to talk us out of the tracheostomy saying it wouldn't have brain function. Your advice helped me know how to defend him. When he then got a trachea, he was immediately transferred to a lower ward in the same hospital (which was not very good) and then to long-term care. Fortunately, he received good care there and was eventually weaned off the ventilator. /trach.. I think it was a total of 5 months in some kind of care then home with care and exercise to get his strength up.. I thought that might make you happy he realized his license was expired and no a family member wouldn't take him to the DMV... So he snuck out with his walker, drove to the DMV and got it restored and they found him at a nearby pancake house eating breakfast. Still, it was far from ever not waking up.. Getting your advice was a gift.. Thanks again for this amazing service. With best regards,
Christina P
My mom was in ICU for over three months and was on ECMO for a while due to ARDS! I was completely out of my comfort zone and had no idea how to handle this situation! My mother survived and would not have survived without your help and guidance during this terrible time! Having access to your 1:1 consultation over the phone was great! You definitely know what your talking about!
Ellie
You were an amazing help when my sister was on ECMO for many weeks with lung failure, you were the only person we could turn to who really understood how we felt and what we needed! Thank you!
